The 23" curved blade is single edge profile with a single back blood fuller. The provincial hilt was created with a stirrup knuckle bow made from sheet brass as is the flat pommel which has a iron capstan. The handle is octagon and I believe made from cherry. It has a very slight hairline crack which is stable and barely visible. I just acquired this great sword from a old Long Island, New York collection so it's new to the market. Would look great with any American Rev.War musket.
